LDpred-inf file re-generated when using different --PS #77

Hi, There was just one little problem. When I try different values of p (the fraction of causal variants), LDpred-inf file always re-generated and it usually costs much of time. How to avoid it? Best regards Li'anLin

Thanks for that. I should change the functionality so this is stored between runs.
