The python program currently keeps optional settings in both the model and fit object. This complicates usage and internal handling of the options.
[x] Add a copy() method to the RCR model object. It should produce an exact copy of the object if no arguments, but should also modify the object according to any **kwargs provided.
[x] Change the explicit options in the RCR.fit() method to **kwargs.
[x] If any arguments are provided to the fit() method, create and modify a copy of the model object accordingly.
[x] Remove all duplicate items from the RCRResults object, and update any references to them
