Currently, rcr.ado includes a line of text defining a local variable path_to_libs that points to the library file locations for the Unix executable.

[ ] Change the code in rcr.ado so that it checks a global variable (rcr_libs?) instead.
[ ] Use rcr_config to explain to users how to set the global variable.
