Issue a new minor release (2.1):
[x] Update version number (to 2.01) and distribution date in rcr.pkg
[x] Test installation from github
[x] Update files on SFU site
[x] Update "code" page on SFU site to include github site and new version number
[x] Test installation from SFU site
[x] Create release in github
[ ] Update version number (to 2.01.01) and distribution date in rcr.pkg
