The do-files
[x] Change rcr_example.do so that it uses the online version of rcr_example.dta if a local version is not available.
[x] Change rcr_certification.do so that it uses the online version of rcr_example.dta if a local version is not available.
[x] Remove rcr_example.dta from rcr.pkg
[x] Add examples to help files that use the online version of rcr_example.dta
