Arrows should be visible all the time and gradient shouldn't be there even hover state. Can we have styled arrows? (these are quite heavy). Did you figure out if we can have an indicator to show how many images and where you are at the moment?

Turns out that we can have markers, and that the arrows are stylable. If you want to send me an svg of some arrows then I'll put them in.
