Project seems orphaned #202

The project seems abandoned, there has been no activity from @bw2 since April and pull requests have been sitting untouched.

It's a shame to leave bugs unfixable in such a popular and useful project.

If there is no interest from the author, @bw2, could you mention it on the README with a call for (co-)maintainer(s) or project owner?

FYI there is another package similar to ConfigArgParse which is newer, better maintained and with many more additional features. If you are interested, take a look https://github.com/omni-us/jsonargparse. Some caveats are: only for python >=3.5 and no ini format support only json/yaml/jsonnet.
