Hi guys,

I'll update you more tomorrow, but i'm making progress of the betadiversity analysis.

When you have a moment, please send me a env matrix, with the To and From columns matching the siteXspp1dgr and siteXspp25. Easiest thing to do would be to extract directly using those tables.

I've added a Readme to the front of the github for you to see the scripts i have and the general philosophy. Still alot of scaling issues, but i have more ideas and am waiting on help from some friends.

I may have a sample data (some small %) to play with soon.

Hi Ben, I placed the env matrix in Dropbox in the same folder that the trait data is: Dropbox/Dimensions/Data/Brazil/BenH the file is siteXsppXenv_1dgr.csv. Are we really going to need the quarter degree one? I can do it if necessary I just need the link to the siteXspp to match with environment. Do you have it in dropbox?
