move episode-specific repacement counts into episode-specific functions.

When running

./tr-parse.js audio transcript-0303.json -s 'Darwin' -s 'Scott Morgan (Loscil)' -r 'November 24, 2019' -o 27.664

we get:

no audio file provided, using: ../AUDIO/Podcast_0303_SMorgan.mp3

The indicated expected match counts are (of course!) specific to an episode (namely, 0305 Barry Moon) and should thus be moved to a function specific to that episode, namely fix_json_0005 or fix_html_0005.
