Show a popup when a text section needs a human decision. The section is recorded in the json and marked up form a previous pre-processing step. The enriched json provides all information required to build the popup. When user makes a decision about a text section, that decision is recorded in the background and the markup is changed to reflect the decision taken ("checkmarked"). At any point the user can decide to save a file with all changes done so far. On next startup the changes are replayed and user can take up where they left off.

This seems to be part of an overall idea of workflow; maybe something we should brainstorm more openly. Frankly, I tend to be a 'grinder', so something that works (even inefficiently) will seem good enough - right until I see the new/better. So I need to be open to workflow changes - especially ones that might get others involved in doing the actual editing, too!
