Desktop Shortcut #273

I am using the Windows 8 build on a computer running Windows 7. There doesn't seem to be a way to create a desktop shortcut to open the program. I have to go to the .exe file every time.

I originally had this problem but am now able to create a shortcut on my desktop and run the program from that.
