Calculation of confidence intervals #279

If a user has, for example, Hedge's g values and variances, there is no way to calculate a 95% confidence interval.

I suppose one way around this would be to choose the "Generic Effect Size" option and calculate standard errors from the variances and sample sizes (probably a safe bet you'd have sample sizes). I still think it would be useful to be able to calculate CIs from variances/std errors and vice versa within different types of effect sizes.

In a similar vein, if the user has only a proportion and sample size, OMA does not calculate the confidence interval. The number of events should not be necessary if the proportion is already known.
