Auth flow #558

I added a "forgot password" flow. It is pretty plain and has no testing right now, but this is a spike. The pages are plain and the flow is cumbersome; is there a better way?

This all looks good, but shouldn't it exist in whatever library we're using for account management?

Sadly, apparently not. This is the demo repo by the package author showing how to do the above.
