Habitat Quality

• hq (combined habitat quality score) 1 general quality, 2 high quality, 3 highest quality
• cw (coldwater) 0, 1
• df (diadromous fish) 0 not a run, 1 inaccessible run, 2 accessible run
• ws (wild and scenic) 0, 1
• acec (areas of critical environmental concern) 0, 1
• bm (biomap) 0, 1

Restoration Potential

• rp (restoration potential) 1 - 5 (other, medium, high, very high, highest)
• cl (critical linkages) percentiles 1 to 100
• cwcl (coldwater critical linkages) percentiles 1 to 100

Maximum Extent Practicable Cost Factors

mep - the % above baseline cost.
