How can I use colabfold local to replace AF2 to run oligomer_hallucination? #6

Due to the disk capacity limit, can I use colabfold local version to do that? Thanks!

Not sure exactly what you mean by colabfold local? It may be possible, but it would probably require some significant code re-write for the two to interface.
