Make long DOIs lowercase #11

Since all shortDOIs are displayed in lowercase, it would be ideal if the process of cleaning DOIs or fetching long DOIs could also convert these to lowercase. Note that, even when searching for an uppercase DOI, CrossRef will always display DOIs in lowercase.
