[Nightly] Websites content is not displayed after restarting the browser and reloading all the tabs #1075

This is a regression that is present for now only in Nightly channel.
Last good build: 2017-05-03
First bad build: 2017-05-04

[Affected versions]:

Nightly 55.0a1
Tab Center v1.34.0 (release version)
Tab Center v1.34.0 custom build

[Affected Platforms]:

All Windows
All Linux
All MAC OS

[Prerequisites]:

Tab Center was already installed on a new profile.
"Show your windows and tabs from last time" option is enabled.
Have a few websites opened (~5).

[Steps to reproduce]:

Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
Right click on one of the tabs.
Click on "Reload All Tabs" option.
Click on one tab that has black thumbnail preview and observe what happens.

[Expected result]:

The tab is loaded and the webpage's content is displayed.

[Actual result]:

The tab seems to be loaded and webpage's content is not displayed.

[Additional notes]:

This issue occurs even in condensed view or with reverse tabs order.

Seems that this issue was already reported on Bugzilla: http://bugzil.la/1362378
As soon as that bug is fixed, I will verify if it still reproduces with Tab Center enabled.
