I don't agree with this for several reasons:

@dannyhajj

So when the Firefox is maximized, this feature will make both, the Application Launcher and the Tab Center, show on the same time which would become annoying very quickly.

Is this currently a problem? On Linux and Windows when using F11 full screen mode we hide TC. And as described, it shows on hovering the leftmost pixel.

I would think that in maximized, but not F11 full screen, it would be awesome to have an option to set the tab center to auto hide for a much cleaner looking interface. This would give everyone the option to decide what the default behavior should be.

@dannyhajj Good points. Could be problematic for your use cases. I have edited request to be optional. My use case is: Small laptop - operate tabs by keyboard only, but still preserve option to use mouse.

@ericawright No there's no problem when in Full screen (At least on Ubuntu). I assume this is because the Application Launcher stays hidden when application are open in Full screen.
