if the the TabCenter's width is minimum to the left , the close button is not available. But, if a user want to close the TabCenter when the width is minimum, the cross button should be here.

If what you ask will be implemented, I think it will probably make the tab impossible to be selected. The close button is about the size of the smallest size of vertical tabs. Instead of this, I would suggest to force the minimum size of the sidebar to a larger value in order to have both the favicon and the close button displayed. This way you'll be able to select the tab by clicking the favicon and also close it when hovering it.

From another point of view, a larger minimum sidebar size would also help in case of top buttons. At the moment if you reduce it to the minimum value, only the "New Tab" button remains visible, the other two cannot be accessed.

A minimum size of the sidebar to a larger value in order to have both the favicon and the close button displayed would be fine.

This is the minimal size, where i think that a close button which appears once our cursor hover over the tab, makes sense:

➕support. On a small screen (e.g. on a laptop) wide sidebar is a precious place. Also you could add a grouping of sites by domain name or some other parameter
