Endless loop of TabCenter in test pilot #842

Test Pilot 'TAB CENTER' button is in the endless looping of "Enabling". I have shaved my face twice over the past two days, only to return to this dreaded 'TAB CENTER'"Enabling" loop is still present. Yes, I cleared everything including, cache Everything else on this desktop is fine, so please be kind enough to spare me the PC long-winded spiel.

A friend of mine, who is also running Win Vista is experiencing this exact issue. Bug? firefox test pilot tab center

Hi @Warren-Sparky1962-2002 and thanks for your report. I have just enabled Tab Center with no issues on latest Firefox release v50.0.2 from https://testpilot.firefox.com website.

First, are you using a different firewall than the windows default one ore any kind of antivirus clients ? We had some issues in the past with those so I want to clear this possibility.

Second, can you try to reproduce this using a clean new Firefox profile ? Here are some steps on how to create a new one in case you don't know (Step 7 - https://goo.gl/NW2s3y)/.

Thanks Paul, I am running v51.0b6. All the other Test Pilot programs/apps run fine. Never had any issues with Anti-Virus firewalls. I will ever-so briefly disable 'the safety gear' programs like Vipre, just until the Tab Center is Enabled and Effective. Warren

Was Vipre causing the loop ? I'm asking because just installed Firefox v51.0b6 and successfully enabled Tab Center on it. At least on Windows 10...
