iFan03 shows accessories on after restarting homebridge - false status

What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

iFan03 showing false status of accessories (Light and Fan) after every restart of homebridge, It shows all accessories on while not really on even in the app. when turning them off via HomeKit it "fixes" it.
