ZBCurtain Unsupported Message into LOGS

What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

Logs shows unsupported message and got instructions to fill this to an issue request.

Details of your setup.

Do you use (1) Homebridge UI-X (2) Homebridge CLI or (3) HOOBS?

Homebridge in a Raspberry Pi 4

Which version of Homebridge/HOOBS do you have? v1.6.1
Which platform do you run Homebridge/HOOBS on (e.g. Raspberry Pi/Windows/HOOBS Box)? Please also mention your version of Node.js/NPM if known.
Raspeberry Pi 4 -node: v18.17.1
Which version of this plugin (homebridge-ewelink) do you have? Has the issue started since upgrading from a previous version? v11.02
Which eWeLink devices do you have that are causing issues? Please include product models if applicable.

Sonoff ZBCurtain.

Please update to the beta version of the plugin

Let me know if this device works well or not, as I have based the commands on a different motor model.

Thanks for your help... this is what happened after update to the beta version:

"it works and HomeKit showed properly, I tried to open and close the curtain and it works... just it showing as opened when its already closed and vice versa".

Also, I got the Curtain offline suddenly and I need to restart home bridge.

Hello Ben,

I really appreciate your time and help, it seems to be working properly. I justo found out there is a discrepancies between information within Ewelink App and HomeKit.

When I have open the curtan it shows closed into Homekit but in the eWelink app its show open, maybe it is because the change of the motor, which in my case it is inverted and the plugin is reading another status?

Hi, me again… for any reason we still having issues, also in HomeKit always says opening.. and for any reason there is no response anymore around 2-3 days after, I need to restart homebridge

Downloaded the beta plugin - Installed: v12.1.1-beta.4

ZBCurtain is visible in the app and totally controllable. but says "No Response" which then means automations do not work.

what can i provide to assist?
