Bluetooth issue #809

Issue: Its simple, i cant get Bluetooth to work in Homebridge

In this picture you can see that bluetooth is supported but not enabled here

Heres the whole log log

Setup: Homebridge UI-X

Homebridge version: 1.8.2

Platform: Windows Hyper-v virtual

Node.js version: 20.14.0

Govee plugin version: 10.8.0 - Yes, this problem persist on older version

Govee device: H6110_9104 LED Strip
