Accessory multi switch on home app incompatible switch

What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

In the home app it show all 5 switch of my meross multi switch. But 3 of them is set as incompatible. From the homebridge ui log show all it’s ok and if I switch them always from ui it’s ok the switch the status. The problem is in the home app that are impossible to use them
