pyproto is currently redundant; I propose that we get rid of it, and until such time as we are able to deal in things other than Python prototypes for the logic, at which point it would be completely logical to put it in a folder of its own, use the main folder. Also I've slightly changed the suggestions as 10000 leads to a certain amount of inaccuracy, so I recommend 50000 maximum; we could also raise the minimum. Finally I've improved the output to have a compound which I think is quite useful.
