Add heyu engine check on start

Purpose of feature on this branch:
domus.Link requires that the heyu engine is started.

Proposition for feature implementation:
On check of heyu that it is running, domus will check that the engine is
started and if not, start the heyu engine. The engine contains the state
that domus uses to display the module states.
