Interface does not honor CM17A pc_interface option #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set pc_interface to CM17A
2. turn on or off a light or appliance
3. note that the action code does not change to foff or fon for the CM17A 
interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The templates should honor pc_interface and utilize fon or foff for CM17A 
interfaces

What version of Heyu and domus.Link are you using? On what operating
system?

domuslink-1.2 (from google code)
Centos 5.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Defect confirmed. Action is not interpreted to configured action commands for 
specific controller.
