Purpose of feature on this branch:
Give the user the capability to load custom images for menus and modules.
Proposition for feature implementation:
Build a file loader screen that outlines the constructs for images and naming
conventions for uploading and image. Then the appropriate
menu_<name>_on/off.png or module_<name>_on/off.png is created.
