Purpose of feature on this branch:
Allow the user to name and set the features of a module.
Proposition for feature implementation:
Build a module creation page to construct modules. This would encompass
selecting the module name, features (action types: toggle, dim, on/off none,
etc..) and the images used to construct. This would mostly start with the
builtin layouts and allow customization from there for the default theme. But
the definition could be used by any theme or API user.
This is an extension of the 2.0 customization of modules.
