Create http_user_agent search string for mobile in frontend config #55

Purpose of feature on this branch:
Ability to have set the http_user_agent string for selecting mobile theme

Proposition for feature implementation:
In the frontend config, create a text box to enter a comma separated list of 
strings that domus.Link will use to search against the http_user_agent of a 
session. If there is a match with one of the strings, the theme will be set to 
the selected mobile theme. Currently, this is hard coded to iphone, ipad and 
android. These will be the default in domus.Link
