FAQ: db/urlMap.cache needs to be removed (not /urlCache.map) #76

RESTAPI errors with "404 not found".

As of 2.0.1, the actual file in question which needs to be removed is 
db/urlMap.cache.  Once I removed it, I got back "{"test":"DomusController test 
call successful."}" when I viewed api.php.

Sometimes, dyslexia happens.... or Maybe it was the Scotch. Will update.
