Change VM SO, resource recalculation is not handled. After updating page resource recalculation is handled.
This causes failing of resource request plugin work.
Steps to reproduce
1) Login by user
2) Go to the sidebar of VM
3) Click Change Service offering(SO)
4) Click at Custom SO
5) Change values of Custom offering(for example cpu cores: 3)
6) Confirm changing
7) Click Change in the dialog
Actual result
Resource usage bar (CPU, RAM) values stay the same
Expected result
Resource usage bar (CPU, RAM) values change according to changes in SO
