Text selection should be disabled in the entire grid #41

In SlickGrid text selection in the entire Grid is disabled, this seems not to work in bwu_datagrid.

45 should fix it

I was only able to select text in the grid when I started in a header field In the SlickGrid example this started dragging the column header.

Can't reproduce.
