example e04_model has a few issues on Firefox

• The search button in the header is not shown
• the button for paging in the footer is not shown
• the slider in the right search form is off position (form seems to small)

Seems to be caused by the jquery-ui-1.8.16.custom.css imported in the entry page.

• Selectors in for styles imported outside of elements are not polyfilled.
• The css-file is also imported inside the app-element, but the selectors are not built in a way that they work from inside the app-element

Maybe some other Firefox-related issues can be solved when this css issue is fixed.
