Append some Markdown extensions #14

Hi, It's an very interesting extension but for me it's very important to have some complementaries extensions. I need as minimum of Plantuml but I think that I not the only one.

Originally I use vscode-markdown-preview-enhanced wich as build with mume

maybe you will can use it also

Hi! Sorry for the delay. Currently I don't plan to include other markdown features, but some of the extensions listed in preview-enchanced look useful. I wanted to keep this extension as simple as possible, but maybe will include some of the extra renderers in the future.
