• [ ] Unlocked when cost of program less than 1/6 prior year revenue
  • [ ] 1/3 of revenue going to each of salaries, profit distributions, and expenses; half of expenses going to direct employee benefits
• [ ] ensure such a policy compatible and legal with S-corp structure
• [ ] add clauses ensuring will do best to ensure maximum affordable wellbeing of employees until revenue requirement for desired benefits met
• [ ] Unlimited full college tuition reimbursement for employees, spouses, and children
• [ ] HDHP + HSA covering all employees, spouses, and children, fully company-paid with company annual HSA contribution covering Family INN OOP max; coverage for vision, dental, fertility.
• [ ] Egalitarian retirement plans (details to be worked out later)
  • [ ] SEP IRA?
  • [ ] Additional emergency account (collective?) to protect against need for early retirement account withdrawals/penalties?
