Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Each repositories should contain .github/CODEOWNERS file,

Describe the solution you'd like Create an issue about that, I don't think that we can create PR to fill that information because we really cannot know which team is accountable of that specified repository.

I agree that this would be a good thing to have.
