Script working great - authentication reject with email #5

@byalextran, script is working great with the new headers! Well done!!!

One problem I'm having though is with the email notification. I setup the parameters in the autoluv.env file exactly as I had them before but I'm getting this error: 535 5.7.0 ...authentication rejected (1)

My SMTP is smtp.comcast.net. Not sure if they changed something or not. Clearly it's an authentication error. Any ideas?

Can you post the contents of your config file with the password masked? Can you set up a mail client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc with the exact same settings and see if you can send an email that way? Do you use Gmail, because I have it working well with Gmail.

Resolved it. Looks like Comcast made a change sometime back to usernames. It used to be your email address (@outlook.com) now it's just a username.

Once I updated that in the autoluv.env file, worked perfectly.

For those using Comcast, here is where to find your username: https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/security#username-password
