Move to undetected-chromedriver library #2

This is to swap the dependencies on selenium-wire to undetected-chromedriver, making it easier to spin up this project without having to manually edit the chromedriver binary.

sweet, thanks for doing this! i'm going to do some testing on it as well (probably early january). once i feel good about things i'll merge it into the master branch. this update also makes it conducive to turning this into a package pip can install. so that's also on the to-do.
