testresources needed in requirements.txt #5

Thanks for the update. I found I needed to install the testresources package to resolve an error message when updating the program. Probably not needed to execute successfully, but I wanted to pass that along.

interesting. i'm not sure why that would be a required. it hasn't been needed on a couple different dev environments i've tested with. if others report it, i'll dig in further. thanks for sharing.
