I saw your comment about Travis CI not working for you any more. Here's a copy of github actions setup from my fork.

Tests were failing on newer version of django; I reordered the urls in the test project to address this, tests are passing now: https://github.com/mick88/django-controlcenter/actions/runs/1731009481
