Go One - Bugs/Issues by. @dtucker23

Channels -- # notification next to the category does not go away even after viewing all posts; Only goes away if user posts a response/message

Dashboard -- Using Chrome, when go back to home page, middle navigation is blank

Scrolling Up -- is not automatic inside Channels

Rooms & Direct Messages How does it work if you have, for example, 10 rooms and 25 directv message partners in the left nav? Won’t be able show all of them. Will there be a drop down? If so, how do the # notifications work> Can Rooms be archived and moved off the left nav?

Middle Nav -- sometimes blank and sometimes showing conversation going on

Chat -- when click on View Chat, screen is blank, except for Type Your Message box at bottom. When enter something in Type Your Message box and hit enter, the message appears to be posted, but doesn’t show up in the Chat feed (because can’t see the Chat feed)

Chat -- when in one Chat box and scroll to bottom of that box, then the app jumps out of that box into the next box, scrolls to the bottom on that box and after last box it scrolls down entire app screen -- and visa versa (i.e., scrolling up)

Scrolling is kinda messed up when moving throughout app….Constantly need to scroll up

Invitations to Rooms Should just be able to hit the “+” button for directory modal to pop up; Not have to hit “+” and the person emoji for directory to pop up Should be able to invite multiple people at once Need to be able to invite people outside the company (via email) Am able to click on the words “Invite Someone” next to “+” sign, then a red box appears around the words, then can type something to replace those words, and the newly-typed words appear in next to the “+” sign, but no one was added to the Room

Left Nav (Communication) -- doesn’t scroll when too many items in list (e.g., can’t get to Rooms at bottom of page)

Attachment posted in a Channel goes into My Library -- if attach same doc more than once (maybe in different channels, for example), that same doc shows up in My Library multiple times

Library -- when click on Library, sometimes need to scroll to see top Library Nav

Library -- My Library Company Library Shared with Me --- top nav should be locked when in Library (now it scrolls away)

Company Library -- ONLY designated admins should be able to add files Attachment -- When attach doc in a Chat/Channel, can’t hit enter to send message. However, the doc shows up in My Library even when can’t send the message to the recipient (which also means the recipient can’t see doc)

Attachment in a Channel-- When want to attach doc in a Chat/Channel, app only allows user to pull doc from computer. Should also be able to pull doc from Library (My or Company)

Library -- after creating a folder, need to be able to “move” existing files into that folder

My Library -- Upload File -- currently allows users to upload to My Library or “Other Folder” -- not sure what Other Folder is, but when upload to Other Folder, file just goes into My Library. Should be able to upload to My Library or a designated existing folder or should be able to create new folder for which the file should go in

Library -- Delete feature for a file should have a “Are you sure you want to delete this file? backup question before allowing deletion

Library -- Share requires an email of the recipient and the recipient must have a Company email address There is already separate Email functionality to share a document To find someone to Share a file with, directory should just come up From the Library, should be able to Share a document by Direct Message, put it in a Room or post in a Channel

Library -- Email functionality Is separate email functionality necessary? Should email functionality really be only for people outside the Company? Should email functionality fall under Share? Sometimes the “link” to email is blank Not sure link functionality is necessary; Maybe just should email the document itself (cuts out a step for the recipient) Access -- not sure “People in the Company” or “People in this Folder” are relevant (these came from Box.com) And if not relevant, then really don’t need “Access” section at all Box is different and more comprehensive for what we need at this time. Box allows users to invite or not-invite collaborators to files/folders Advanced -- not sure that’s the proper word to use. Should just say “Send to”

Library -- Buttons on top Download, Copy & Delete buttons do not work Move button only works sometimes

Library -- When click next to files or folders, sometimes just one file/folder is highlighted and the highlight goes away when clicking next to another file/folder, but sometimes multiple files/folders get highlighted (i.e., the highlight from the previously clicked files/folders stays)

Library -- Definitely problems with highlighting and un-highlighting files/folders

575 Madisson -- should be 575 Madison (only 1 “s”) on dashboard

Drafts -- what are “Drafts” under left nav. Are they necessary?

Would be very helpful if we had the info on browser / OS used gathering this list.
