[Staging is DOWN!] - issues with populate_agents.js #74

Staging has been down since last night.

I'm aware and looking for time to fix the issues with the populate_agents.js file. Staging logs are in a complete loop around loading in users. I'm not 100% what the issue is with out debugging more, its something to do with resizing user profile photos. I would like to move to lambda, but don't think we can use Chuck's code.

For now the build will be broken until I resolve this.

Note: the only thing failing with the build is codeship can't hit staging.gooneapp.com right now.
