Hi @bymaximus,

i was able to solve this issue for me by re-packaging the SPB after the 1.14.5.0 update. The affected panel is visible again in VR mode as before.

Also sharing the 2 build scripts containing the commands used to end up with this commit. Maybe someone will find them useful.

Thanks for creating this awesome mod! Cheers

image This solved my issue. LNM toolbar window is now visible and functioning in VR.

Thank you, I will check and merge it soon as possible

It appears that Sim Update 8 has again broken this. Anyway to get the toolbar working again?

KOKAProduktion commented 2 years ago

Hi @WarriorII,

hmmm... Are you sure? Just checked it with LNM 2.6.16 and the MSFS 1.23.12.0 it appears to be still working but:

Hope this helps...

Yes,

All I'm seeing is a semi opaque window when open.

Steps I've followed:

  1. Uninstalled from Community folder
  2. Reinstalled the main package.
  3. Overwrote the file with the repackaged one.
  4. Deactivated then reactivated the window in the toolbar.
  5. Opened, closed the reopened the window from the toolbar.
  6. Tried resizing as well, still no difference.

The only thing I have different from your setup is the LittleNavMap is version 2.6.17

  • Have to reopen or scale the window to get it painting initially
  • Had to reactivate the panel in the toolbar at the first launch after the update (see screenshot)

Damn, sorry to hear that... I will try to rebuild the panel with the current SDK but I'm suspecting another source of the issue since the window is appearing in MSFS.

Please give me some time to investigate.

Cheers!

WarriorII commented 2 years ago

Any change you were able to take a look at this and see what you could find? Still only showing the semi-opaque window for me.

WarriorII commented 2 years ago

I managed to get it to connect again. Once the window is open, I have to double click in the window and at the bottom, resave the http://locoalhost/8965. This has to be done every time the window is opened however. Not sure if there is a setting somewhere to make it remember that or not.

WarriorII commented 2 years ago

Appears it will only work in 2D mode. Can't even get the window to open in VR now.

KOKAProduktion commented 2 years ago

Damn! Sorry for the silence. I didn't get to check or rebuild it yet but I will soon. Thx for your patience and insights!

WarriorII commented 2 years ago

Actually I've got it working again, and in VR as well. Reinstalled and installed the packaged file above and all's well now.
