Docker arm64 image #19

Arm64 is becoming more and more popular, it would be great if a docker image supporting arm64 could be provided.

I don't have any ARM device (or the relevant Docker multi-platform knowledge) for this , so any help would be appreciated

I just looked into this. It seems like the steam open id provider uses mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk docker image as a base, which is not available for ARM64. I don't think you can run .NET code on ARM64. But I am also not very experienced with that stuff.
