Update for Pandoc 2.x #34

readerSmart is not a field of ReaderOptions anymore; it has moved to an extension. See https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/commit/6f8b967d98ea4270aa2492688fbcdfe8bad150b2#diff-f48b5319ef05d4dd86b75f4ddffc9820 for the change and https://github.com/byorgey/BlogLiterately/blob/c57178cfc8fa3735f8a3dd5c70dbb3d7868754a6/src/Text/BlogLiterately/Transform.hs#L552 for what needs to change: this should be changed to include it in readerExtensions, by applying enableExtension Ext_smart to the extensions field.

However, this should probably be via CPP so that it will continue to work on older versions of pandoc as well.
