use the same tags for hscolour results as for highlighting-kate #8

this wraps hscolour results in

it used to replace the pre element by a pair of pre / code elements (replacing pre with code first, then wrapping it in a new pre element), and apply the filters that replace the class names with hardcoded style information.

I've removed the pre/code wrapping here, since that's now done in colourIt (with some changes to add classes to get results similar to what highlighting-kate does), to make it consistent, since the bakeStyles function is only used for icss, not for css
