[GUIDE] Fix manifest.json blocked by admin/Extention blocked #127

Hey! I saw many people asking about this so I'd like to make a guide. (P.S. dont use that other guy's file, it's unprofessional and could be turned bad at any moment.) (Also - pinning this would be greatly helpful to others as most people dont check readme and just go straight to issues)

  1. fork SKIOVOX HELPER github repo (not the example repo, the skiovox repo)
  2. edit manifest.json: 
    - remove the line that says "key":"A bunch of gibberish", just delete the whole line
- edit the name and version to your liking (if you want, this is optional)
  3. save file
  4. go to your forked repository
  5. click Code > Download as Zip
  6. when installing, first extract, then OPEN THE FOLDER, and click on the folder INSIDE to install.
  7. profit

does anybody know how to unblock youtube, i have a issue when using skiovox my youtube gets blocked, www.youtube.com is blockedYour organization doesn’t allow you to view this site thats what comes up whenever i go to youtube. lmk

Use a vpn extension if it's like a network block, if not you could use web proxys such as intersteller, Heres the invite link: https://discord.gg/UNmH5MVy

what vpn is the best for skiovox? and can you give me a good interstellar proxy, i think my school blocks using internet im not sure if theres a solution for that. lmk

1VPN is the best for like school wifi, it looks blue with a big 1 in the middle. Also, im not sure if sending proxy links are against the rules of this server so don't kill me lol. But here: https://service.sunday.glenwaverleychurches.org/

Hey guys, I having trouble understanding what @GavinGoGaming was saying because he said to remove the line that says "key":"", but i cant find anything like that is there another way to do it and can you help me going through the steps 1 by 1 clearly.

As i stated. In the original message, i stated "Heres an example >> shkrmivox helper". Click on that link and click Code > Download as ZIP. This will download a premade file.

the error simply states that the id is blocked by admin, and as ext ids are only synced via manifest keys then removing it generates a random id.

Again, as I stated, you need to OPEN THE FOLDER and install the folder INSIDE it.

Hey man! When you click on the extracted folder, there is another one inside. Simply do what you've been doing, get the error try again but this time you will be in the folder you are trying to load, then click into the folder and then it should work!

This is just a question, If anybody can answer this; So my district had a new update that prevents you from using skiovox exploit, If u ask why it works for me because I have caub that prevents my chromebook from updating. Anyways, is there a way to do skiovox on the new update. My freind was asking if I could ask on github since he dosent have a github account. Thanks!

@VFXKLIPS Hey man! Depends on what version you are on. If it updated to v121 or above, unfortunately it is patched. You could try using other methods though such as cryptosmite. But let me save you some time, go to chrome://version and find your board which will be by the words "stable-channel", and it says "Snappy" you won't be able to do any exploits that require digital stuff (If it says like anything else you should be fine especially if it says dedede or octopus), I bet you could manually unenroll it using tools but that would involve opening your computer up and messing with bios which is annoying, and if you computer is newer than like 2020 its a crap ton of work. But if you want to go down that road reach back out I would be more than happy to help! Have a blessed night.

@VFXKLIPS I apologize for the late responce, if you can access normal skiovox follow these steps: Go to vscode.dev, then click "Open Folder", create one called whatever you want, then click allow access on the pop up that will apper on the website. After that make a new file clicking the file icon on the left side. then name the file anything and then after the name (no space) put .html after that push enter. Then go to your file manager in your browser either though the button on skiovox or by typing: chrome://file-manager/ in your browser. Then go into the folder and click the html document, you will be brought into a normal browser which is your schools.

Hello thank you it worked, But now I can't access skiovox it is patched for me can I get it back on version 121, or can you give me the github on how to downgrade I know how to do most of the part, I know I need a private device and a flash drive, I have both but can I get the file from a PC cuz I have a Pc
