Hi,
The credential user name is in the format of an email address? Do you get the error directly after credentials, or do you see a list of devices? What country/region are you in? What Zoe year/version do you have?
I will check a bit and see if I can see what the problem could be.

My credential username in an Email address I get directly a message: Could not find that Pairsession. I don’t see a list of devices. Im living in the Netherlands. Renault Zoe Life R90 B-rent Motorcode | 5AQ 60 Hes from 13 december 2017

Hi again, I have just submitted this as an app to Homey and a test version is now public. https://homey.app/sv-se/app/se.cohen.renaultze/Renault-Z.E./test/ Please test this one instead, it will be my official version from now on.
I will do some adjustments based on feedback from Homey, and depending of if it works for you and then release it as a live version.

I have installed your app for my homey pro early2019 thanks to the homey community store. but i can't get it to work, when i enter my credentials i get the message: could not find that pairsession. The Renault app on my phone is working fine, and i'm try to use the same credentials for your app. am i doing something wrong?
