Autolink present in preview, not in file output #1

I'm using MTOS 4.3. I installed plugin and setup rule, published an entry with target word, output does not contain the autolink.

However, if I preview the post, the autolink is present.

OK, figured out I have to select "Quicklink" as the editor format. Does this mean that Quicklink and Markdown are mutually exclusive?

OK, I added this:

filters="quicklink"

to my Entry template, resulting in this:

<$mt:EntryBody filters="quicklink"$>

Works now!
